問題
@claudeの返信しかない PR でも、自動レビューが差分レビュー（INCREMENTAL REVIEW）のモードで動いていました。実例は hametuha/chiramise#16 です。
原因
Fetch PR conversation and commitsステップは、claude[bot]のコメントをすべて過去のレビューとして数えています。Claude Assistant の返信も同じclaude[bot]から投稿されるため、レビュー済みだと誤って判定されていました。修正
claude[bot]のコメントのうち、本文に「AI トリアージ」を含むものだけを数えます。AI トリアージ: PR #n）と、差分レビューの見出し（AI トリアージ（差分レビュー）: PR #n）の両方が該当します。pr_conversation）は、これまでどおり Assistant の返信も含めてプロンプトに渡します。jq の条件は、Assistant の返信1件とトリアージ2件の入力で 2 になることを確認しました。
確認
マージ後、chiramise#16 に
@claude auto-reviewとコメントし、通常レビューとしてコメントが投稿されることを確認します。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
