… Code bump procedure The release-check/release-cut scripts across agentd, base, commons, runa, and groundwork share ancestry from the ceremony adoption (commons#21) but are deliberately per-repo-owned — verified from the adoption commits and the epic's constraints, which required each release-surface repo to acquire its own tooling. RELEASING.md now states this ownership model, documents how to run the tooling's own tests (test-release-check, verify-release-adoption.sh — a self-test of base's ceremony, not a policer of other repos), and gives the pinned Claude Code version-bump and key-fingerprint rotation procedure. release-check carries a matching provenance header.
