Ideaz is an Agent Skill for Claude Code and Codex that assesses one economic opportunity and keeps its decision document, IDEA.md, in your workspace. The first run creates IDEA.md at the workspace root; later runs for the same opportunity update it.
Each IDEA.md records the idea, the evidence behind it, the open questions, a qualitative recommendation, one proportionate next step, and a short dated history of material changes. Sources sit beside the claims they support, and the document separates evidence from inference and assumption.
/plugin marketplace add theRolento/ideaz
/plugin install ideaz@ideaz
The plugin skill is invoked as /ideaz:ideaz.
git clone https://github.com/theRolento/ideaz.git ~/.claude/skills/ideazInvoke it as /ideaz.
git clone https://github.com/theRolento/ideaz.git ~/.agents/skills/ideazInvoke it as $ideaz.
Keep the repository structure intact. Update a clone with git pull.
Invoke Ideaz by name and describe one opportunity:
/ideaz Evaluate a neighborhood bicycle repair pickup service.
In Codex, write $ideaz in place of /ideaz.
- Ideaz runs only when you invoke it by name; neither agent starts it on its own.
IDEA.mdgoes in the Git repository root, or in the current directory outside a repository.- Invoke it without a description to reassess an existing
IDEA.mdagainst new evidence. - It writes in your language, or in the language you ask for, and keeps an existing
IDEA.mdin its current language. - One workspace holds one opportunity. If
IDEA.mdalready covers a different opportunity, Ideaz leaves it untouched and asks you to use a separate workspace.
The repository root is the skill root, so a clone installs the skill directly for both agents.
