System Monitor: the chip's temperature - #17

td_sysinfo_t gets an optional chip_temp(): the chip's own temperature (its die, not the room) in tenths of a degree Celsius, false when it cannot be read. The ESP-IDF app reads it from the built-in sensor (esp_driver_tsens, started on the first reading) on chips that have one, the ESP32-S3 and ESP32-C6; the classic ESP32 has none and leaves it unset, as do the PC programs. System Monitor shows it on the CPU line when there is a reading, for example "Tasks: 13 CPU: 240 MHz Chip: 47.7 °C". Tested on the ESP32-S3 (47.7 °C, free RAM unchanged); the ESP32-C6 and classic ESP32 firmware build.
