My current areas of interest include agentic workflows, evaluation, evidence and provenance, retrieval, guardrails, AgentOps, and the product architecture required to move from promising prototypes to dependable operational systems.

I prefer systems that are observable, testable, secure by design, and useful to the people operating them. I care about making clear what works, what is uncertain, what can fail, and what evidence supports the next decision.
