fix(deps): override undici to 8.12.2 or later - #61

undici 8.12.1 and earlier carry eight advisories (four high), including CVE-2026-109383 and CVE-2026-87018. undici is a build-time dependency through astro, and the deploy job's checkout keeps the job token in git config, so the token is reachable during the build. The override resolves undici to 8.12.3. pnpm audit reports no known vulnerabilities, the frozen install passes and the site builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
