Adds contributed sections for twelve more TWINSERV packages, an Experimental Packages page for those not ready for use in a program, and seven twinBASIC defects with reproducers.
Reference/Contributed/(88 pages), the Experimental Packages page, and the 17 pages of BigNumberLib and WinReg, kept unpublished until now. Each section is at the version itsindexed_fromnames, and the book gains a chapter for each package and for Experimental Packages./tB/Packages/Contributed/, so a fixed package moves back without changing them.check_build, 371 of them alsocheck_run. Each section has acontributed-<Package>template intest/example-projects/and anapi.jsoninindexer/snapshots/contributed/. The two console packages carry a NOTE that the samples harness cannot yet capture a console, so what they say about it follows the source.test/package-probes/xCalendar/(new) runs the control on a form in a built exe on a private desktop, in 32-bit and 64-bit builds. The page states what it printed.BUGS-TO-REPORT.md(BETA 1005).examples.batand the probe need a twinBASIC install, so they stay outside every gate and CI.
