Eight contributed packages updated to their newest version, and a QueryInterface defect with a reproducer

Brings eight contributed package sections up to the newest version of their packages, and adds a twinBASIC defect with a reproducer (1255 to 1259 pages).

• contributed packages: each section's pages, api.json snapshot and contributed-<Package> sample template move to the newest version. Six stay under Experimental Packages.
  • TBMANLIB_Xml 1.0.0.1: the XPath engine is documented with its defects (new mXPath page and the XPath methods); the parser drops white space and pretty printing is rewritten.
  • tbFileSysTools 1.8.0.0: new IsFileLocked, FileContainsText, FindInTextFiles, File.ContainsText and File.IsLocked; encoding detection, error numbers, junctions, Item and GetDrive brought up to date.
  • xCalendar 1.0.17.0: the hang on an impossible date, the repaint loop and the unscaled lists are fixed; four new minor defects; test/package-probes/xCalendar/ gains scenarios 12w and 17.
  • BigNumberLib 1.0.2.0 compiles, with arithmetic checked against BigInt; still Experimental for IsNegative, the negative operands of GCD and LCM, the negative zero of AssignFromLong and the modular inverse that does not return.
  • TBMANLIB_Diagnostic 1.0.0.1: the text report works; the other defects remain.
  • TBMANLIB_ConsoleComponents 1.0.0.1: references the published ConsoleCore but still embeds a copy whose types differ from it; the working arrangement (the sources in the program's project) is documented.
  • OLEGuids 1.0.10.0 (stays Contributed): IDispatch is renamed IDispatchUnrestricted; OLEDISPPARAMS, IOleInPlaceObjectWindowless and IOleInPlaceObjectWindowlessVB are new; signatures updated. WARNING: IEnumVARIANTUnrestricted extends IDispatch, so its methods crash on a real enumerator (confirmed by a second agent).
  • ArrayListLib 1.6.151.1 still does not compile in BETA 1005 (TB5001 in VSwap and LSetByVal). BaseIndex, ToString and the optional-argument constructor are documented; the package was run in a corrected copy, with WARNINGs on For Each over an empty list, ToString, Reverse, GetEnumerator and Insert.
• bugs: a new entry in BUGS-TO-REPORT.md (BETA 1005) with the reproducer bugs/queryinterface-leaves-out-pointer/: QueryInterface on an object of a class the project compiles returns E_NOINTERFACE but leaves the out pointer as it was, where COM sets it to NULL. IUnknown and OLEGuids' IUnknownUnrestricted get a NOTE.
