README.md (English Version) Taskbar Volume Control Per-App Plus This repository contains a modified version of the Windhawk mod Taskbar Volume Control Per-App. Difference from the Original The original taskbar-volume-control-per-app mod adjusts application volume only if the application's audio output is set to the system's default audio playback device. This "Plus" variant modifies the mod so that it adjusts the volume of applications regardless of which active audio output device they are using. This means you can now change the volume for applications outputting sound to, for example, Bluetooth headphones, an external USB sound card, or any other active audio endpoint different from the default system device, simply by hovering over the corresponding taskbar button and scrolling the mouse wheel. Requirements Windhawk Windows 10/11 Installation Ensure you have Windhawk installed. Copy the contents of the file taskbar-volume-control-per-app-plus.wh.cpp from this repository. In Windhawk, navigate to the "Mods" tab. Find the "Taskbar Volume Control Per-App" mod (it might already be installed). Click the "..." next to the mod and select "Uninstall". Click "Install custom mod" or "+". Paste the copied code into the text box. Click "Install". Windhawk might ask for permission. (Optional) Configure the mod settings in Windhawk after installation.
