Add Perfana TimescaleDB 1.7.0 - #896

Adds 1.7.0 to the perfana-timescaledb versions map, following undera#892 which brought the entry up to 1.6.0. The release is on Maven Central and its downloadUrl returns 200. Older versions are kept for downgrade, and nothing else in the file changes. Adds 1.7.0 to the
perfana-timescaledbentry insite/dat/repo/various.json, following #892 which brought it up to 1.6.0.1.7.0 is on Maven Central (
<release>1.7.0</release>in maven-metadata.xml) and I checked that itsdownloadUrlreturns 200, along with the two declared libs. Older versions stay in the map for downgrade; nothing else in the file changes (7 insertions, 0 deletions).The entry is generated from the source of truth in the plugin repo,
plugin-manager.json, and I verified the spliced entry is byte-identical to it.1.7.0 fixes URL pattern masking (
;jsessionid=path parameters and mixed letter/digit ids) and logs each startup database connection attempt.
