The star history chart in the README and the Chinese README was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, leaving the repository's growth history unviewable. Point the chart at a working mirror that serves the same chart without an API token.

The star history chart in README.md and README.zh.md is currently broken because the upstream service is affected by GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update both READMEs to use a working mirror of the chart so visitors can see the project's growth history again.
