chore: bump to v1.1.0 and point the action pins at it - #255
Follow-up to cutting the v1.1.0 release from 72eac99.
pyproject.toml: 0.1.1 → 1.1.0. It had stayed at 0.1.1 through v1.0.0 and v1.0.1.
uv.lock: regenerated with uv lock (current uv, so the lockfile revision is unchanged); only the pr-split version line moves.
README.md: the action example uses @v1.1.0.
.github/workflows/split-score.yml: re-pinned from the v1.0.1 SHA to 72eac99fbf642ab73ac3d0ef1d94d33148a2e2aa # v1.1.0, the commit the tag points at. This PR's own score run therefore exercises the new action code.
Merge after the v1.1.0 tag is published, so the README never points at a tag that doesn't exist yet. The tagged tree itself still says 0.1.1 in pyproject.toml, as the two earlier tags did. The version isn't shown anywhere in the CLI.
Checks run locally: uv lock --check, ruff check, ruff format --check, and pytest (1,038 passed). The 5 failures are the same ones main shows in this sandbox and come from the sandbox itself: 4 tests can't download the tiktoken encoding through the proxy, and test_pr_number_format expects gh to fail but it's authenticated here. CI on main at 72eac99 is green.
The automated pull request scoring workflow now uses version 1.1.0 of the action instead of 1.0.1, keeping the workflow aligned with the current release.
Documentation
Updated the GitHub Actions example to use version 1.1.0, so setup instructions match the workflow’s action version.
Issue 252 asks for a release from main so pinned installs receive current fixes. This change updates the project version and action references to v1.1.0.
Issue 246 concerns behavior in v0.1.1 and requests corrected behavior from newer code. This change references v1.1.0, but does not change partition logic.

The action example uses v1.1.0, but this description still references v1.0.1. Update it to v1.1.0, or reword it if v1.0.1 is intended as historical provenance.

Update the partition-strategy description to use v1.1.0 for the automatic
ortools installation reference, matching the action example; reword it only if
v1.0.1 is intentionally retained as historical provenance.

pyproject.toml had stayed at 0.1.1 through v1.0.0 and v1.0.1; it now
matches the release line. uv.lock is regenerated with uv lock, so only the
project's own version changes.
The README example moves to @v1.1.0, and split-score.yml is re-pinned to
72eac99, the commit the v1.1.0 tag points at.
