New docs/CHANGELOG.md, linked from the README:

1. Change requests from the team (R1–R12, newest first). Each one has Before / Asked / Changed / Where (issue, PR, files). It covers the post-MVP list (spec Spec: Post-MVP improvements — navigation polish, Programmes, deleting Users and Projects, Project photos #24), staying logged in after a deploy, the test login, hardening, the CSV import, the daily email in spam, the footer and its icons, and today's three requests (Footer links configurable through the environment #79 footer from the environment, Top 3 overview: add a Student to a Project they didn't choose #80 add to a Project outside the Top 3, Tidy the buttons on the Projects screen and a Project's page #81 tidier buttons).
2. History by date: every spec, ticket and fix as New / Changed / Fixed, with issue, PR and migration numbers, plus the code review fixes from the MVP.
3. All commits: all 79 commits on main with links, date, author and message.

Today's PRs #83–#85 are already described; their commits appear in the table once merged.
