An "Untitled Node" has been added to the diagram without a clear purpose or proper label. This appears to be a placeholder or accidental addition that should either be properly defined with a meaningful name and label, or removed entirely if it was added by mistake.

The multiplication symbol should be consistent with the rest of the documentation. Changed from '40×258' to '40x258', but the original used the proper multiplication symbol (×). Consider reverting to the multiplication symbol for consistency with mathematical notation.
