Summary

• add a native go-pg/v10 generic repository runtime while preserving the legacy API
• propagate applier errors, enforce safe soft-delete updates, and support generic dbtest generation
• validate supported go-pg versions before persistence
• align CI with Go 1.26
• run local tests against a temporary database on the existing localhost:5432 PostgreSQL instance

Local integration tests use the topscan PostgreSQL instance and clean up their temporary database after each run.
