Run ./scripts/shell/deployWithManifest.sh

Delete

Manually delete and erase the two picklist fields using value sets:
1. Field_Change__c.Field_Name__c
2. Field_Change__c.Object_Name__c
Run ./scripts/shell/deleteWithManifest.sh
