The reconcile gives its debounce stamp back when a run does not finish, and an install is followed by the config (#1029); the stock volume law needs a voicing (#1028); the controller build runs on controller-ea/** and a firmware-only commit still needs a dispatched build before a controller tag (#1027). Journal: the 2.26.2 header fix, EA ea.2, the radar panic, the cut-off install on 035T, radar's modelled voicing.
