Controller 2.26.3: GA pin and changelog - #1054

2.26.3 is 2.26.2 plus #1010's chunked boot-image upload, released from release/2.26.3 (89f3f71) so GA gets the fix without 2.27's changes. #1001 was told the fix came with the next update, and 2.26.2 did not carry it. Moves the GA add-on to 2.26.3. That release is 2.26.2 plus #1010's chunked boot-image upload, tagged on
release/2.26.3(89f3f71). The image is published (amd64 and arm64). The fix is already on main, so this PR only changes the pin and the changelogs (controller-earegenerated bysync_channels.py).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
