Summary
ROADMAP.md's header still says Last updated: September 2026 while the traction
table and the v2.3.0 release are October 2026, and line 150 hardcodes an
open-issue count that goes stale again within days of any edit. This updates
the header and drops the number, keeping the line's own moving-snapshot note,
per the issue's suggested approach.

Checks: scripts/check_em_dash.py and scripts/check_broken_links.py pass on the
changed file. Test suite not run: prose-only change to ROADMAP.md, which the
repo's own hooks exclude from test runs.
