Will the underlying assumptions of ENHANCE be violated if I use ENAHNCE with seurat object constructed by integrating mulitple datasets(Seurat V3)? After integration, the dimensionality reductions in seurat including PCA works on an 'integrated' matrix and not on normalized RNA data.
