Name D_80116280 -> gActorSetupXluDL and D_80115FF0 -> gActorSetupOpaDL along with introducing an ACTOR_SETUP_OPA_DL (since
gActorSetupOpaDLdoesn't actually get used). Similar to zeldaret/mm#1893.
