Review comments at @docs/development.md:
- Line 33: Update the explanatory sentence in the CI-check description in
docs/development.md to state that prior COPR builds must be withdrawn and
confirmed not downloaded or installed, matching the exact reset marker.
Review comments at @docs/submission.md:
- Line 16: Update the SRPM example using `make srpm PACKAGE` to show a concrete
package name and tell submitters to replace it with their package name, while
preserving the surrounding checks.
Review comments at @packages/herdr/herdr.1:
- Around line 46-47: Update the `herdr update` and update-channel entries in the
manual page to clarify that RPM users must update through their package manager;
retain the installer-managed update guidance for other installations.
Review comments at @packages/yazi/scripts/filter-syntax-database/src/main.rs:
- Line 183: Update the excluded syntax list in the filter-syntax-database code
to remove Strace, so it remains in the filtered database. Keep the other
exclusions unchanged.
Review comments at @README.md:
- Line 11: Update the README installation instructions so systems without an
available Herdr build can still install actionlint and yazi; separate Herdr into
its own package-specific command or clearly mark the combined command as
x86_64-only.
- Line 20: Update the MIT license statement in the README to limit its scope to
repository-authored documentation and packaging infrastructure, and direct
readers to each package’s spec and included license or notice files for packaged
applications and bundled upstream materials.

Commit: The changes are pushed to Validation passed: SRPM creation and lint for all 3 packages (0 errors, 0 warnings), 19 repository tests, 3 Yazi helper tests, runtime syntax database validation (189 definitions), source checksums, and Cargo syntax checksum verification. Binary RPM builds and installed smoke tests remain outstanding. |
Updates the Herdr and Yazi Fedora packages and their review records. Herdr now includes its manual page, resolves the Zig themes dependency from bundled source, avoids SIGPIPE in its test harness, and preserves distinct license texts. Yazi filters syntax data without clear redistribution provenance and records its remaining license review question.
The repository guidance is also consolidated: copied Fedora documentation is replaced with a link index, and repeated development/submission notes and package review records are trimmed. The Yazi
notifyCC0-1.0 eligibility question remains unresolved and is explicitly documented; this change does not claim Fedora Legal approval.
