feat: improve gate approvals and web tool rendering - #109
Approval prompts now appear in Pi’s normal dialog area with theme-aware styling, matched-command highlighting, and updated guidance for denials, timeouts, and blocked commands. Web fetch and search results render as themed Markdown without redundant warning and cache summaries; fetch results also surface discovered documentation indexes. Package manifests and changelogs prepare patch releases for pi-gate 0.7.2 and pi-web-fetch/pi-web-search 0.14.1.
The fetch timeout regression test now waits for extraction to begin before checking timeout behavior, avoiding a timing-sensitive failure under parallel test load.
