PR body for home-assistant/core
## Proposed change
This bumps ZHA to [2.4.2](https://github.com/zigpy/zha/releases/tag/2.4.2), a small bugfix release. zha-quirks stays at 2.4.0.
- ZHA [2.4.2](https://github.com/zigpy/zha/releases/tag/2.4.2) (from 2.4.1), full diff: https://github.com/zigpy/zha/compare/2.4.1...2.4.2
These dependency upgrades come with it, as they are pinned by ZHA:
- `zigpy-deconz` [1.1.1](https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-deconz/releases/tag/1.1.1) (from 1.1.0), full diff: https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-deconz/compare/1.1.0...1.1.1
`zigpy`, `bellows`, `zigpy-znp`, `zigpy-xbee`, `zigpy-zigate` and `zigpy-ziggurat` are unchanged.
### Changes in these releases
Relevant changes in these releases for HA Core:
- **ZHA starts again on ConBee II / RaspBee II** (zigpy-deconz): zigpy 2.4 registers a Green Power endpoint next to the existing two, but this firmware only has two endpoint slots, so startup failed with `No available endpoint slots exist` (home-assistant/core#189366)
- Requests sent after the radio disconnected now fail cleanly instead of logging an `AttributeError` traceback (zigpy-deconz)
Note about other ZHA changes (irrelevant for HA Core): new device diagnostics in ZHA's test database, and its tests now run against zha-quirks 2.4.0.
### Changes in the ZHA integration for this:
- None needed: the pin bump and regenerated requirements only

Branch
zigpy-bot/zha-bump-20261029is at 3e0be0c: upstreamdevcde3969 plus one commit, "Bump ZHA to 2.4.2" (manifest andrequirements_all.txt). No HA-side changes were needed, and no branches are followed. This is the same change as puddly's home-assistant#189385 (opened 02:31 UTC, CI green), so the branch adds nothing beyond that PR. Once home-assistant#189385 merges, the next run sees upstream
devpinning zha 2.4.2 and closes this cycle as shipped.zha 2.4.2's zigpy-deconz 1.1.1 fixes ZHA failing to start on ConBee II / RaspBee II (home-assistant#189366, still open). home-assistant#189385 already links it ("fixes home-assistant#189366" in its Additional information); the PR body block in this issue doesn't yet.
Versions
devahead of releaseEverything is consistent: zha 2.4.2 pins the latest release of every radio library and of zigpy, and no shared-lib pin in HA needs a bump. The only unreleased work is zigpy-znp's two commits.
Tests
tests/components/zha451 passed, 4 skipped. hassfest for zha,gen_requirements_alland the commit hooks pass.devheads (zha, zha-quirks, zigpy and every radio library fromdev, report only): 451 passed, 4 skipped. Only zigpy-znp'sdevdiffers from its release.Translations
Nothing to do: 0 keys added (from the releases and from quirks
dev), 0 removed or renamed, no possible leftovers. The 23 keys onzigpy-bot/zha-translationsall shipped with home-assistant#189000, so that branch currently carries nothing beyond upstreamdev.Related work
zigpy-bot/zha-set-attribute-no-manufacturer-code,zigpy-bot/zha-coordinator-no-rename-on-startandzigpy-bot/zha-group-name-migration-coordinator-check(no PRs yet). All are standalone ZHA fixes that this bump doesn't depend on, and none touches the files it changes.Picked up during this run

Shipped in home-assistant#189385: upstream dev now pins zha 2.4.2, zha-quirks 2.4.0.
The update on #1 found this cycle's pins (zha 2.4.2, zha-quirks 2.4.0) already on upstream dev, merged 2026-10-29 06:36 UTC. There is nothing newer to bump: PyPI's latest releases are the pinned ones. Closing this bump; the next cycle opens on the next bump run once a new release exists.
