Summary

Adds zo-conductor, a Zo-native bounded orchestration skill for complex and delegated work.

It provides:

• Schema-validated task graphs.
• Dry-run planning by default.
• Explicit worktree execution with dirty-repository refusal.
• Bounded Zo child-worker delegation.
• Evidence-based verification and acceptance gates.
• Documentation of the upstream design bases and adopted limits.

Validation

• bun validate passes for the submitted skill.
• git diff --check passes.
• Local validator tests pass.

The repository-wide validator reports existing unrelated warnings in other skills; no errors remain for this submission.
