Adds Community/orca-replay/ with SKILL.md and a DISPLAY.json.

Why. Zo agents run long tasks unattended, and the expensive failure mode is the one found hours later: the workspace holds the end state but not the step that produced it. Asking the agent what it did returns a summary of its own context window, with the tool results and exit codes already gone. This skill teaches the agent to answer those questions from a recording of the run, and to replay that recording offline instead of re-running the task and paying for the same calls twice.

The recorder is OrcaReplay (Apache-2.0, Node 20+, npm orcareplay, command orca). It works out of process: the agent is launched as a child process with its provider origin redirected for that process only, so the run captured is the run as it really happened.

The workflow includes the guardrail that matters — a replay is not a dry run, because the recorded shell commands run again — so it lists them first and replays into a scratch directory.

Validation. Ran bun install && bun validate locally on this branch: 15 pre-existing warnings, all under External/, no errors, nothing reported for the new skill.

Disclosure: I maintain OrcaReplay.
