Merge master branch into develop (zonemaster-ldns)
Producing the Zonemaster::LDNS::RR(3pm) manual page when packaging the
latest version of Zonemaster::LDNS resulted in the following POD error
at the end of the manual:

	POD ERRORS
Hey! The above document had some coding errors, which are
	       explained below:

	       Around line 142:
Non-ASCII character seen before =encoding in
	           'record’s'. Assuming UTF-8

This change explicitly declares UTF-8 encoding at the beginning of the
POD of the module.

The latest version of Perl is now 5.42. Let’s bump the topmost version
in the list of Perls tested against in CI to that.
Dockerfile: add missing perl module
Add support for accessing Extended DNS Errors (EDEs) in
Zonemaster::LDNS::Packet.

In order to make the code easier to follow, the XS part is split into
two: one getter and one setter.

Everything here assumes that there is at most one EDE in a packet, which
should be good enough for our purposes for now.
Make sure $packet->ede() returns at most 2 items in list context.
Rename the function so that its name reflects its purpose more
accurately. That way, a function giving access to all EDEs and not just
the first one can take the ede() name.
When using first_ede() as a setter, encode the EXTRA-TEXT into UTF-8
byte sequence in pure Perl instead of XS.

This allows us to set the EXTRA-TEXT to an arbitrary byte sequence if we
really, really want to. Not that we should, but just in case.
l/Z/L/RR.pm: fix POD message about encoding.
Add support for Extended DNS Errors (EDEs)
Bump LDNS from 1.9.0 to 1.9.2. This is a security release, fixing
CVE-2026-10846, which affects us.

There is nothing else in the changelog besides this security patch, so I
believe that it is pretty safe to update.
CI: force update (zonemaster-LDNS)
