Require confirmation before removing someone from a meeting's attendance list.

Changes

• Attendance confirmation
  • Show the attendee and meeting before removing attendance, with “Keep signed in” focused by default.
  • Return focus to the name field after closing the dialog.
• Validation
  • Cover cancellation without a write, focus restoration, and confirmed removal through the attendance queue.
  • Type checking, lint, and all 707 tests pass; changed files pass formatting. The full local formatting check flags only an unrelated untracked ADR excluded from this PR.
