Opening the staging → main release PR created a second Agent Commons build for the same commit: one in the custom staging environment and another in ordinary Preview. The custom environment already owns staging.agentcommons.io.
Skip only ordinary Preview deployments of the staging branch for the verified Agent Commons Vercel project. Keep its custom staging environment, main/production, other apps, forks, and explicit build overrides working.
Validation: build-selection tests cover these environment boundaries. The preceding cost-policy PR passed CI and the full Desktop workflow, and all three staging apps built successfully on Basic machines. This follow-up changes only the Vercel build-selection script and its tests.
