   • scripts/checks/local-paths.sh: only the two whole-file exclusions for those documents were removed. docs/design/manual-admission-store-prepare-wire.json, internal/runner/cloud_test.go, *.png and *.jpg are all still excluded.

   • Probe, in a scratch copy: I added a temporary-directory path to executor-ownership.md and a home-directory path to manual-admission-store-prepare-shape.md. The step failed with exit 1 and named both files and lines. So both documents are now covered. I deleted the probe copy afterwards.
3. Hygiene: clean.
   • git diff --check is clean.
   • A grep of the added lines for home and temporary-directory paths and for personal names found nothing.
   • The commit message is "Replace scratch paths and raise Runner timeout". It carries Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com> and a Signed-off-by line using the noreply author. DCO passes.
   • The PR body matches the issue Replace two scratch paths in design docs, drop their exclusions, and give the Runner job more headroom #164 scope and says "Closes Replace two scratch paths in design docs, drop their exclusions, and give the Runner job more headroom #164".
   • CI at the head is all green: DCO pass, Release contents pass (1m31s), Runner (macos-latest) pass (10m23s), Runner (ubuntu-latest) pass (10m49s).
   • The ubuntu run took 10m49s, which would have passed the old 15-minute limit as well, but there is only about 4 minutes of margin. The new 25 minutes gives more room, as the issue intended.
