Runtime Script sources now record their stable IDs in
script-ids.json. The CLI did not include that file in the Build Identity, and an independent scaffold would copy its old ownership.Include the identity file in the source digest. Preserve it on add and update, and remove it when scaffolding an independent Package so the compiler allocates new IDs. Update the command examples for typed TS handlers and matching Lua Event Bindings.
Validation: 775 CLI tests, Rust 1.85 check, Clippy with warnings denied, and formatting passed. Separate adversarial standards and specification reviews found no CLI issues.
Made with GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.
