[MS-1605] Add face capture attempt events

Notable changes

Adds a FaceCaptureAttemptEvent emitted once per face auto-capture attempt.

Testing guidance

• enable face auto-capture, run an enrolment, and inspect the session upload — expect exactly one FaceCaptureAttempt event per attempt, with timeToFirstValidMs matching the attempt start, and run durations summing to endTime − startTime.
• Abandonment: press capture, stay too far so no valid frame is found, back out of the screen — one event with validFrameCount: 0 and no timeToFirstValidMs.
• Manual capture mode: no FaceCaptureAttempt event is emitted.
• Backend ingestion is not yet available; the event will be rejected on upload until Cloud adds the schema.
