- Added a new `parallel_restore_ulid_identity` epic to enable parallelized checkpoint restores using ULID identities and journal sequences. - Implemented identity-first linking, restore stage parallelism using `PhaseScheduler`, and `LoadGate` cohort authority for multi-threaded operations. - Documented partial-order preservation, additive link rows, and regression-tested concurrency safety. - Closed unfinished stories/tasks: bind kwargs pass-through for `Spell`, `Crystallizer` IO cache enhancements, and parallel restoration framework foundations. - Promoted patch documentation and validated core features, including full parity with the sequential engine and owner-run qualification under 3.14 regression suites.

Reduced historical details, removed duplicated component mechanics, and migrated relevant materials to `src_components.md`. Updated indexes, ensured baseline preservation, and passed all validation gates, keeping all active rules and recent history intact. Anchored edits after concurrent tasks landed.
- Deleted `2026-10-24_cache_file_write_failure_fails_meld_task.md` and associated artifacts due to obsoletion. - This standalone documentation and probe existed for temporary tracking and is no longer required. - Clear and synchronize related boards (`attention_board.md` and `artifact_board.md`) and migrate changes to the completed directory for archival.
- Deleted `2026-09-22_shared_gauntlet_configuration_order_followup_task.md` as obsolete based on confirmed resolution in current source. - Removed `2026-10-04_per_process_conjure_cache_temp_file_task.md` as superseded by landing of 0.2.8266 (per-process temp file implemented). - Synchronized and cleared all related artifacts and board entries.
