Codex chats can keep Git approvals for a chat, and Chat Permissions shows the commands Codex's own saved rules already allow (#307).

What's in it

• Allow for This Chat for Codex. Some Git commands (status, switch, add, commit, push, fetch, diff, log) with their usual options can be kept for a chat. They are answered automatically next time, survive a restart, and are listed in Chat Permissions with Remove. Built by Codex. The review findings in Codex remembered approvals branch: review fixes before merge (#307) #338 are fixed and were re-verified.
• Codex's saved rules, listed read only. These are the "always allow" lines in ~/.codex/rules/*.rules, parsed with ast and never executed. Each reads as "commands starting with ...", and a prompt rule in a never-ask chat reads as refused, per codex-rs exec_policy.rs. Control characters and quotes are escaped, and files that aren't regular files, or are too big, are refused.
• Answer says why there's no Allow for This Chat for a request that can't be kept.
• The About box shares the dialog's height, so the rules start in view. This applies to Claude chats too.
• Merges main (Send Reply to Another Chat, Send Reply to Another Chat: pass a reply between Claude and Codex chats (#248) #339 and Quitting or updating counts a reply still waiting for a Codex chat to be ready (#248) #340). The notes for both go in one release.

Checks

• Windowless tests pass locally. CI runs on this PR.
• The real Codex probe (tools/probe_codex_remembered_approvals.py) passed against Codex 0.163.0.
• The visual probe was run on chat-permissions, chat-permissions-empty, chat-permissions-codex, chat-permissions-codex-kept and codex-permission, in light-100 and hc-aquatic-100. The pictures were reviewed and accepted, and their descriptions updated.
• Two code-review rounds were done on the saved-rules work, with all findings fixed.

The version bump to 0.2.0 follows in a separate release commit.
