Release 1.3.0, a minor release because it adds features. After merging, tag v1.3.0; the release workflow runs the compatibility gate against v1.2.0 before it publishes anything.

What's in it

The usage log for local nodes (ai-process/docs#146):

• the gateway logs each request to a node, and the node pulls it with PullNodeUsage (feat(nodes): per-node usage log in Redis and PullNodeUsage #114);
• the agent keeps the log locally (feat(node-agent): keep the node's usage log locally for its owner #118);
• the owner reads it with ktms-node stats, and the installer points to it (feat(node-agent): ktms-node stats reads the node's usage log; the installer points to it #119).

The log needs Redis 6.2+; with an older Redis set NODE_USAGE_RETENTION_HOURS=0 (the CHANGELOG intro says so).

Release changes

• CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] → [1.3.0] - 2026-10-24 with a short intro and the compare link.
• version/appVersion 1.3.0 in Chart.yaml; version 1.3.0 in plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json.
• helm install --version 1.3.0 in README and the chart README; V=v1.3.0 in SECURITY.md.

Verification

go vet ./..., go test ./... -race, sh scripts/install-node_test.sh (190) pass.
