Release PR for light-tokenmeter 1.0.0, to ship together with KTMS 1.0 (ai-process/ktms#88) and ktms-admin 1.0 (ai-process/ktms-admin#15).
[Unreleased]→[1.0.0] - 2026-10-23(update the date on the release day).After merge:
git tag v1.0.0 && git push origin v1.0.0→ release.yml (tests + upgrade test from 0.1.2 and 0.1.0, govulncheck, draft GitHub Release, signed imagecoyl/light-tokenmeter:1.0.0, publish). Kept as draft: no release yet.
