Wire existing IommuMap::map same-SID overlapping guest PA into make red-team as [redteam] attack=smmu-overlap result=refused. First pin and disjoint pin admit; overlapping guest PA refuses. Not CrossTenant / WrongStream / Stage2Fault / SubmitSid / SidBudget.
