…ream Wire existing IommuMap::resolve_submit armed-SID≠packet path into make red-team as [redteam] attack=smmu-wrong-stream result=refused. Matching armed SID admits; no-latch contrast stays SubmitSid. Not Stage2Fault / NotMapped / Overlap / StreamAbort.
