Summary

Needs review now groups transactions under date headings, newest date first, matching the posted transaction list's date format.

Changes

• Group the combined due-item and MCP draft queue by date in descending order, independently of posted transaction sorting.
• Keep existing transfer/split grouping, per-item actions, confirmation eligibility and balance previews.
• Add a regression for descending headings, same-day grouping and disabled future-draft confirmation.

Verification

• 33 focused transaction and split tests passed.
• Client production build and lint passed; git diff checks passed.
• Browser checked desktop and 390px mobile layouts using a temporary synthetic-data preview of the real component; removed the preview files after checking.
