Summary

Neutralize anti-abuse wording in the user stories doc and bump to v1.8, per host rant 2026-08-17T10:36:59.

The term "防薅羊毛" (anti-abuse) is an internal design motivation and should not be shown to users. In this docs PR:

• Add v1.8 version note: document wording neutralized, "防薅动机" → "设计意图" (encourage daily activity), UI-facing gift rule stays "每日赠送 1 点（当日有效）· 连续 10 天".
• Neutralize the design note in the v1.4 version note (removed "(防薅羊毛)" from the title; "防薅动机：每日 1 点 / 1 天有效，集中注册多号无意义。" → "设计意图：鼓励每日活跃，降低集中注册多号的收益。").
• Neutralize the "赠送点数 Gift points" row in the core mechanism table.

A separate UI PR removes the user-facing "防薅羊毛" text from ui/index.html.
