Currently we process RRULE/RDATE/EXRULE/EXDATE for exceptions in the processors/builders.

Instead, recurrence information should be dropped for exceptions of recurring events (both for builders and processors).

Then EventValidator.removeRecurrenceOfExceptions can be dropped.
