Drop EventValidator #88

EventValidator should be removed in preparation of removing the Event data class (#69 and #75).

All functionality should be done by the builders/processers themselves. For instance, if in iCalendar DTEND must not be before DTSTART, then the corresponding processor must not generate such an invalid DTEND but handle it (in the most forgiving way).
