Workflows: the release jobs run on ubuntu-24.04, not ubuntu-latest - #304

GitHub moves ubuntu-latest to Ubuntu 26 from October 2026. The AppImage is built and its libraries bundled on the packaging runner, so its base and glibc floor would have changed silently. The packager's AppImage job (runs-on-appimage), the release's other Linux jobs and the feed redeploy now name ubuntu-24.04, which build.yml already uses and v0.3.1 was built on. Both change package-linux in release.yml. #302 drops packager-repository and packager-ref, and #304 adds runs-on-appimage, which v0.1.2's shared workflow takes. Resolved here so that #302 merges cleanly after #304. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01V8rjzo3Qk8M7WcT9RYfYRW

For 0.3.2. This pins ahead of GitHub's announced
ubuntu-latestmigration; it hasn't happened yet, and today'subuntu-latestjobs still get ubuntu-24.04. v0.3.1's release run (39477585780) carries the annotation: "The ubuntu-latest label will migrate to Ubuntu 26 beginning October 19, 2026. For more information, see actions/runner-images#14748". The AppImage is built, and its libraries bundled, on the packaging runner, so its base and glibc floor would have changed without anyone choosing it.release.yml:package-linuxpassesruns-on-appimage: '["ubuntu-24.04"]'to the packager's shared workflow, whose default isubuntu-latest;resolve-versionand the publish job useubuntu-24.04.redeploy-update-feeds.yml:ubuntu-24.04.build.ymlalready usesubuntu-24.04.v0.3.1's package-linux ran on image
ubuntu-24.04(20261018.339), so the floor doesn't change and the 0.3.2 notes need nothing for it. Moving to 26.04 later is then a deliberate change, with a notes line. Not changed:
windows-latestin build.yml's CI job. The release MSI's runner comes from the packager'sruns-on-msi.This touches the same
package-linuxblock as #302; whichever merges second needs a trivial rebase.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
