- debug-tools-code-search: indexed HTTP route, symbol, text, regex, file, IDE-action, and file-problem lookup through the IDE project index. - debug-tools-database-query: read-only SQL through IDE-managed data sources. - Document both skills in README, README-zh, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, docs/workflow.md, docs/tool-contracts.md, and scripts/doctor.sh. - Add pressure scenarios 22 (route lookup) and 23 (read-only database query). - Extend validate.sh required files and frontmatter checks, sync-adapters skill list, and CHANGELOG Unreleased entries.
