Closing without merging. This PR conflicts with main (178 commits later), and its hono target (4.12.3) is still inside the advisory range (<= 4.13.4). The lockfile vulnerabilities are being addressed together in a fresh npm audit fix PR against current main. |

`npm audit fix` (no --force) on the root lockfile. package.json is unchanged; only resolved versions within existing ranges move, e.g. hono 4.12.0 -> 4.13.8 (via @modelcontextprotocol/sdk) and vitest 4.0.18 -> 4.1.11. Supersedes dependabot gitmem-dev#19 (closed). Remaining 5 need a major bump: @testcontainers/postgresql chain (dev only, incl. undici) and uuid 9 -> 14 (advisory is v3/v5/v6 with buf; gitmem uses only v4). apps/docs is untouched: a change there triggers the docs deploy. Customers are unaffected either way: npm never publishes the lockfile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
