Closes #484

The ## Community section of public/llms.txt listed only What is Hive Commons and Join Hive Commons. This PR adds the third Community page from the sidebar (Community meetings) and the three contact channels that the Join page already links: the mailing list, Discord and meeting recordings. With these, an assistant reading llms.txt can answer "how do I get involved?". A changelog.d fragment is included.

Claim evidence

• The Community meetings page exists at /docs/community/meetings. It is registered in src/app/docs/page-map.ts (NAV_STRUCTURE_GENERAL → community/meetings.md) and rendered by src/app/docs/[...slug]/page.tsx:328. https://docs.hivecommons.dev/docs/community/meetings returns HTTP 200.
• Meetings are every other Thursday at 10:00 AM Eastern. Source: src/config/community-meetings.ts (weekday: "Thursday", timeLabel: "10:00 AM Eastern time", isoWeekParity: "odd") and docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md ("every other Thursday, 10:00 AM ET").
• The mailing list is hivecommons-dev@googlegroups.com, and joining adds the community meeting to your calendar. Source: docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md, "Community basics". The link is googleGroupUrl in community-meetings.ts.
• Discord is reached through https://hivecommons.dev/discord and recordings through https://hivecommons.dev/tv. Sources: join-hive-commons.md and community-meetings.ts (youtubeChannelUrl). All three short links resolve to HTTP 200.

I dropped an "open to everyone" qualifier because I could not find a source for it.

Looks correct to me; every fact added to public/llms.txt matches its source in the tree at main:

• schedule "every other Thursday, 10:00 AM Eastern time" — src/config/community-meetings.ts:9-10 (weekday: "Thursday", timeLabel: "10:00 AM Eastern time") and docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md:67
• mailing list line, including the "adds the community meeting to your calendar" clause — join-hive-commons.md:66, link is googleGroupUrl/joinUrl at community-meetings.ts:23-24
• Discord and recordings links — join-hive-commons.md:67-68, recordingsUrl/youtubeChannelUrl at community-meetings.ts:25,33

The diff does exactly what #484 asks and nothing more; the changelog fragment name follows the <category>-<issue>-<slug>.md convention. Nothing in src/ or scripts/ reads llms.txt, so no test or build output needs updating.

On the red checks: the only failures are the four Netlify statuses (deploy-preview, Header rules, Pages changed, Redirect rules). This PR touches only a static file under public/ and a changelog fragment, so it cannot be the cause; #419 already recorded the maintainer ruling that the Netlify Free team's quota is exhausted. The code checks (lint/build, TS & ESLint, unit tests, audit) are all green.

Looks correct to me. I checked each new llms.txt line against the tree at the PR head rather than the PR body:

• /docs/community/meetings is registered in src/app/docs/page-map.ts:292 and docs/content/community/meetings.md exists; the URL returns 200.
• "every other Thursday, 10:00 AM Eastern time" matches src/config/community-meetings.ts (weekday: "Thursday", timeLabel: "10:00 AM Eastern time") and docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md:67.
• Mailing list / Discord / recordings text and URLs match join-hive-commons.md:66-68 and googleGroupUrl / recordingsUrl in community-meetings.ts; hivecommons.dev/join, /discord, /tv all return 200.
• Changelog fragment name follows the added-<issue>-slug.md convention.

The red checks are all Netlify (deploy-preview, Header/Redirect/Pages rules) — the Free-team quota exhaustion already ruled on in #419, not this change. Repo CI (lint/build, tsc/eslint, unit tests, audit) is green.
