Closes #578

The Twitch stream shows the hosted hive working on real issues and PRs, live. For a prospective adopter or contributor, that is the quickest way to see what Hive does. hivecommons/hive#15637 made the stream a standard community link across the hive repo. The docs site, where many of those people arrive, keeps its own copies of the community links, so it never got the stream. This PR adds it to each of those copies.

• Footer "Community" column: a "Twitch (live)" link next to YouTube, with the same target/rel attributes as the other external links.
• docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md: added to "Other ways to get involved" and to the "Community basics" chat line.
• public/llms.txt: added to the Community section.
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml: contact link with the exact name and about: wording from 📖 community: list the Twitch live stream everywhere community links live hive#15637.
• Footer tests now assert the link exists and opens in a new tab. Both tests fail without the footer change (2 failed / 15 passed with only the component change reverted).
• changelog.d/added-578-twitch-community-links.md.

• Twitch channel URL and its role as an official community link: maintainer PR 📖 community: list the Twitch live stream everywhere community links live hive#15637 (merged 2026-10-30 as eb76a3f3, fixing Twitch stream link missing from community link lists hive#15635) added https://www.twitch.tv/hivecommons to the hive README, CONTRIBUTING and issue-template config.yml. The URL returns HTTP 200.
• "Live stream of the hosted hive's Activity Monitor — see issues and PRs move through the pipeline in real time": copied verbatim from the about: line of that PR's .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml in hivecommons/hive.
• The synced Hive getting-started page on this site already links the stream (docs/content/hive/getting-started.md line 95).

Looks correct to me.

• src/components/docs/DocsFooter.tsx: the new <li> copies the target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" and className pattern of the adjacent YouTube link (lines 447–461 on main), so it renders and behaves like its siblings.
• src/__tests__/DocsFooter.behavior.test.tsx:122: the href is added to the existing loop that asserts target/rel on every external footer link, so the test genuinely fails if the footer hunk is reverted.
• The Markdown, llms.txt and config.yml hunks are additive and match the wording already merged in hivecommons/hive#15637.
