## Timezone-Aware Timestamps (`timeZone`, `locale`)

Format timestamps in a specific IANA timezone instead of exporting raw UTC strings:

```tsx
const exportConfig = defineExportConfig<OrdersRow>()({
entityName: 'orders',
timeZone: 'Asia/Kolkata',
locale: 'en-IN', // optional, defaults to the browser locale
});
// "2026-01-01T00:00:00Z" → "1 Jan 2026, 5:30:00 am GMT+5:30"
```

- Only ISO timestamps with an explicit offset (`Z`, `+05:30`, `+0530`) and `Date` values are converted.
- Date-only values such as `2026-01-01` are left unchanged so the calendar day never shifts.
- `transformFunction` runs first and receives the original values; timestamps it returns are then formatted.
- A malformed `timeZone` or `locale` makes the export fail with an error toast. A well-formed but unsupported locale falls back to the runtime default.
- Impossible dates (e.g. `2026-02-30T00:00:00Z`) are left unchanged.

The same options are available on the `exportData()` helper, and `createTimezoneExportTransform()` is exported for custom export flows.

🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Preserve seconds in exported timestamps.

The formatter stops at minute, although the accepted timestamp strings can contain seconds and fractions. For example, 00:00:01Z and 00:00:59Z on the same date export as the same local time. CSV and XLSX then lose the distinction between those events. Include seconds and preserve the precision required by the export contract. (developer.mozilla.org)

In `@packages/table/src/utils/export-utils.ts` at line 26, Update the timestamp
formatter options around minute to include seconds and the fractional precision
required by the export contract, so CSV and XLSX exports preserve distinctions
between timestamps that differ only by seconds or fractions.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Detect unsupported locales before accepting the configuration.

For a syntactically valid but unsupported locale, Intl.DateTimeFormat can use a fallback locale without throwing. The export then uses a different locale, despite the documented unsupported-locale error contract. Check Intl.DateTimeFormat.supportedLocalesOf(locale) when locale is supplied, and reject an unsupported result. (tc39.es)

Review comment at @packages/table/src/utils/export-utils.ts around lines 46 -

Update the export configuration validation around the RangeError to explicitly
validate supplied locales with Intl.DateTimeFormat.supportedLocalesOf(locale),
rejecting when no supported locale is returned while preserving the existing
timeZone validation and default-locale behavior.
