Summary

The skeleton's Dockerfile is intentionally a placeholder (FROM replaceme/tool:version), so every push to main triggers a Docker build that fails with pull access denied on docker.io/replaceme/tool:version. Last 5 pushes have all failed for this reason.

This PR switches the Docker workflow to workflow_dispatch: only and leaves the push / pull_request / release triggers in place but commented, so:

  • The skeleton stops emailing failures on every commit.
  • Anyone copying this repo to wrap a real tool just uncomments those lines (one edit) after replacing the placeholder FROM line.

Test plan

  • Workflow file still parses (only the trigger section changed).
  • After merge: confirm no new run is queued by this commit.
  • Manual workflow_dispatch still works if needed for ad-hoc testing.

The skeleton's Dockerfile is intentionally a placeholder
(FROM replaceme/tool:version), so every push/PR/tag triggered a build
that failed on the docker.io pull. Switch the workflow to
workflow_dispatch only and leave the push/pull_request/release blocks
in place but commented, so copies of this repo can re-enable them in
one edit after replacing the placeholder FROM line.

Folded into #10 (cherry-picked the same commit there) so the workflow disable lands together with the docs cleanup and stops PR #10 from re-triggering the broken build on every push.
