[purpshell]

Adds polymorfa chat message media <conversation> <message> --session <number> --output <path> [--force] [--max-bytes], which streams a stored Official API message media copy (API PRs #333/#385, merged) to a file. It refuses to overwrite an existing file without --force, enforces a byte limit (default 32 MiB, the API's copy limit) before and during the write, and requires an enrolled HMS Number with messages:read and media:read.

Uses MessagingClient.chats.downloadMessageMediaStream from @polymorfa/sdk 0.1.0-dev.20261001124422 (pinned on CLI dev; from polymorfa/sdks #316).

• API: unaffected; #333/#385 merged.
• SDKs: consumes the published prerelease.
• CLI: new command, README, test (encoded path, file contents, no overwrite without --force).
• Docs: CLI README. Public Mintlify unchanged (HMS history is an enrolled beta).
• Feature releases: no access change.

Verification (head e663a74): typecheck, lint, prettier, build, prod audit (0), full vitest 100 files / 952 passed.

Local review (head e663a74; manual pass): existence check runs before any request; contentLength over the limit cancels the body before writing; writeStreamToFile enforces maxBytes for chunked responses and overwrite only with --force; errors map to conflict/configuration exits. Path segments are encoded by the SDK. Added a command test. No findings.
